We want you to be happy with Algomy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
- Or email support@algomy.ai and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30 days
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's standard refund policy. paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
